Kellogg Public Library

     We are a member library of the CIN cooperative network.  Library cards issued by any member library will be honored here.
     To request a library card, we require a photo ID and something that shows your physical address (rent receipt, mail, power bill, etc.) as well as your mailing address. 
     Patrons not living in the city limits or in the Kootenai-Shoshone library district, will be assessed an annual fee of $21 per household. 

     Our checkout period is four weeks for books, audio books, CDs, puzzles, magazines and story boxes.  Items may be renewed once.  There is a one week grace period and then fines accrue at $.10 per day.  Books may be returned to any CIN member library.
     VHS videos and DVDs are checked out for two days.  They may not be renewed.  There is a one day grace period and then fines accrue at $1.00 per day.  Videos and DVDs must be returned to the library where they were borrowed.
